Tribuny is an online dashboard showing a sports club its fans' sentiment from public comments, from accounts the club grants access to, and from fan forums. The service is for businesses and organisations only (B2B), not consumers.

3. Subscription

Price, scope and term follow the order or contract with the club. A trial is free where the parties agree. A subscription can be ended at the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

• The club uses the data only for its own internal purposes.
• It may not resell, publish, or bulk-copy or download the data.
• It may not try to identify the authors of comments.
• Dashboard access is for the club's authorised staff only.

5. Access to club Pages

A club granting access to its Pages or accounts confirms it is authorised to do so. It can revoke access at any time in Facebook or Instagram settings; we then stop fetching data from those sources.

6. Accuracy

Sentiment and topics are assigned automatically and can be wrong. Outputs are informative; we do not warrant their completeness or accuracy.

7. Availability and liability

We run the service with professional care but without guaranteed uptime unless the contract says otherwise. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Total liability is capped at the amount the club paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.

9. Termination

When the subscription ends, dashboard access ends and club users' data is deleted within 30 days. We may end access immediately for a serious breach of these terms.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code. Disputes are decided by Czech courts. We notify clients of changes by email at least 30 days in advance.
